Villa Ivy is rented in its entirety (not single rooms or parts of the house) for stays of at least five nights. The daily price ranges from 300 euros in low season to 810 euros in very high season. Final cleaning costs of 250 euros must be added to the daily rates.
The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of the bank transfer of the entire amount. The rental contract provides in case of cancellation the refund of 50% of the amount up to 30 days before arrival. We invite you to contact us for your personalized quote.
